To customize your little garden house, will present you below our range of optional elements.

Wooden floor can be:

  • Massive wooden floor with the following thickness: 20 mm, 30 mm or 40 mm
  • 8 mm laminate parquet on OSB support and with PEE foil.

Self-sustaining structure:

The self-sustaining structure or floor is a beams and traverse system that allows placing the little house on pillars or on concrete curbs.
This system avoid (as far as the soil allows) building the foundation and the concrete slab.
Self-sustaining structure has the following features:
Beams 40 x 145 mm
Maximum distance between the beams: 1500 mm
Traverses 40 x 70 mm
Maximum distance between traverses: 600 mm

Lateral shed:

  • The lateral shed side is actually an extension of the roof on the side of the little house.
  • Its support is 3 pillars, 100 x 100 mm
  • Width is 1000 or 1500 mm

Bathroom

  • The bathroom is designed for the little houses wich have the minimum size 4000 x 4000 mm.
  • Its dimensions are 1300 x 2000 mm, enough space to mount a tub shower, washbasin (sink) and a toilet bowl.
  • The interior wood is treated with a water resistant product.
  • The bathroom contains a 600 x 1950 mm door and window, type oberlicht, 500 x 500 mm.
  • The floor is with stratified parquet type "AquaProtect," watertight (20 years warranty)

Floor insulation

If the litlle house is mounted on a concrete plate, it mounts 40 x 50 mm spacers between arises 50 mm mineral wool.

If the box is mounted on a self-sustaining structure, then the insulation is placed between the beams and traverses on OSB 3 support .

In both cases over the insulation is placed the 18 mm OSB 3 support and PEE foil.

Insulation in roof

The roof can be isolated in two ways:

1. Visible Purlins
This method consists in putting the over the roof wainscot:
rafters spacers 40 x 100 mm
between the rafters - 100 mm mineral wool
12 mm OSB 3 (it serves as decking)
This system allows that on the interior side to remain visible the roof purlins.

2. Plucked visible
This method consists in putting between the roof purlins, mineral wool, and then on the interior side it mounts the wainscot ant on the exterior side, the decking
On the interior side will be visible only the waiscot

Insulation in walls

  • The walls can be isolated only for boxes larger than 4 x 4 m
  • Wall insulation is made with mineral wool, 50 mm thickness.
  • On the interior side of the walls it mounts the 40 x 50 mm spacers.
  • This spacers are provided with a sliding system that allows the natural settlement of the walls.
  • Between the spacers it mounts the mineral wool, over which it mounts the steam tight foil and the finishing wainscot.

Roof cover:

This can be made of:

Features:

  • the shingles are resistant even in extreme weather conditions. From the polar temperatures to tropical heat, humidity and wind.
  • the fiberglass layer is very stable and waterproof
  • the surface granules gives a uniform finish, aesthetic and is also a protective layer
  • highly resistant to fading over time
  • are fire resistant.

Insecticdo-fungicide treatment

  • The wood is treated by spraying or brushing with an ecological substance (water based) against: mold, fungus, UV fading, weathering, decay, insects.
  • This treatment does not replace painting, or varnishing of the product. We recommend that in maximum one week of the completion of the installation the wood being protected by painting,varnishing,etc.
