        • Signing the contract

        • Launching in production

          Manufacturing your house is made following the steps below: You must prove that the payment of the advance was made As soon as this is proven, our technical department will make all the fabrication drawings for your house. This folder will be sent to you for validation. Please study the plans very good (including the 3D) and if you still have minor modifications, you can make them. Once the project is validated (each page is signed mentioning “Good for manufacturing”) the house will be send into fabrication.

        • Preassembling

          The pre-assembling of the house has the purpose to: Final dimensions checking Final check for the assembling elements Visual checking of the wood Roof structure check (there are assembled only a few elements) We don't assemble: the wainscot, the floor, the roof cover, all the joinery, etc.

        • Transport

          Usually, for the transport of the houses we use 22 tones trucks (payload). Pay attention, the trailers must always have canvases because they are side loaded. Because we talk about big truck please make sure that the delivery place can be reached with a truck with the following dimensions: 13.40 x 2.50 x 4 m (height).

        • Wooden house final assembly

          There are three ways to make the assembling of a product ordered from our company: Assembling made by the client - the assembling is made by you based on the assembling instructions we put in the package. Assisted assembling - you make the assembling, assisted by one of our specialists. Assembling is made by Fragetico Group team - you request a team from our company to make the entire assembly of the product.

      • Technical details

        • The used wood

          The wood we use is Transylvanian spruce carefully chosen. This region with rigorous conditions gives it the quality of first class. This prodigious wood with tight and homogenous rings has an excellent mechanical and thermal resistance during a long period of time, and doesn't need much maintenance. All woods with defects are eliminated (knots, sick wood and so on) directly in the sawing mill. The moisture content of the wood before being launched into production is 16 +/- 2 %. (the wood is dried in the open and then in our driers).

          Composite wood is made of a thermally insulating lamella disposed between two wooden lamellas. We use as insulation extruded polystyrenethe with high density. Wooden houses, with walls obtained by houssing composite wood, have a very good thermal insulation, furthermore they have the advantage that at inside and outsideare similar to the one housed in massive wood and the installation speed is superior to the other systems.
