Final Assembly of the Wooden House
There are three options for assembling the house ordered from our company:
- Self-Assembly by the Client - You assemble the wooden house yourself using the assembly instructions provided by us.
- Assisted Assembly - You assemble the house with the assistance of a specialist from our team.
- Full Assembly by Fragetico Group Team - You request a team from our company to carry out the complete assembly of the house.
Detailed Analysis of Each Option:
1. Self-Assembly by the Client
In this situation, the wooden house is delivered as a ready-to-assemble kit, meaning:
- Each component of the house is marked with a code.
- You will receive a file with drawings that include the component codes and assembly instructions.
2. Assisted Assembly
In this case, you will assemble the house with the supervision of a specialist from our team. Similar to the previous option, each element of the wooden house will be coded, and you will receive assembly instructions and plans. The specialist’s role is to supervise the work and assist you with any technical issues that may arise during assembly. During the assembly, you must provide meals and accommodation for the specialist.
3. Full Assembly by Fragetico Group Team
In this option, we send a team (usually composed of 4 workers) to perform the complete assembly of your wooden house.
Assembly Stages:
Day 1:
The team arrives the day before the truck carrying your house. They inspect the concrete slab or the pillar structure where the wooden house will be installed. Important: If the foundation is not perfectly level, the assembly team will not start until the issue is resolved. Costs related to resolving this issue (accommodation, meals, or returning the team to Cămpina and delaying the assembly) will be borne by the client.
Administrative matters (accommodation, transportation from the site to accommodation, etc.) will also be arranged on this day.
Day 2:
The truck arrives at the site in the morning, and the assembly team will handle unloading the materials.
Depending on the complexity of the project, you may be asked to provide the following on-site:
- Forklift for unloading materials
- Crane for lifting components (for multi-story houses)
- 220V electricity supply (required for most of our tools)
- Mineral water in case of high temperatures
- Scaffolding for safe work at heights
Depending on the time left after unloading, the team will position the house components for assembly.
Day 3:
From this day, the team begins the actual assembly of your house.
The total number of assembly days for the wooden house is specified in the contract signed with our company.
Note: The assembly duration may be extended only if weather conditions do not permit work. In such cases, the construction timeline will be extended, and additional accommodation and meal costs will be borne by the client.
Day F--2 (Two Days Before Final Assembly):
Two days before the final assembly date specified in the contract, the team leader will request a preliminary inspection of the work, which aims to:
- Verify that the wooden house has been assembled according to the contract signed with Fragetico Group.
- Check the proper functioning (opening/closing) of all doors, windows, and shutters.
- Perform a visual inspection of the walls, floors, ceilings (if applicable), and overall structure—focusing on the wood quality.
- Identify any non-conformities with the wooden house.
The final inspection will be conducted in the presence of the client or their representative.
If the client is not present for the inspection, it will be conducted solely by the Fragetico Group representative, and any later objections from the Buyer will not be considered.
Day F--1 (One Day Before Final Assembly):
The team will address all non-conformities reported by you and finalize any remaining details or finishing work.
Day F (Final Assembly):
The team leader will invite you to perform the final inspection of the wooden house.
- Verify that all reported issues have been resolved./li>
- Receive instructions (if necessary) on adjusting doors and windows.
- Get operating and maintenance instructions for the wooden house.
After the inspection, the final acceptance report of the work will be signed.
