Transport
Once proof of the second payment is received, the wooden house will be packaged (where applicable) and loaded onto the transport vehicle provided by the client, unless the contract specifies that transportation is handled by Fragetico Group. In that case, transportation and delivery will be detailed separately in the cost estimate and on the invoice.
General Transport Requirements:
To transport a wooden house, large trucks with a payload capacity of 22 tons are generally used.
Important:
Semi-trailers must always have a tarpaulin cover as loading is done from the side.
Since large trucks are involved, please ensure the delivery location is accessible for a truck measuring 13.40m x 2.50m x 4m (height).
The truck must be able to:
- Access and maneuver easily at the delivery site.
- Unload from the side (maximum delivery area width: 5m).
- Account for the length of the load.
- Move forward or backward and make a half-turn without difficulty once the delivery is completed.
If the actual delivery site configuration prevents the delivery of items, the carrier reserves the right to cancel the delivery and charge for both the delivery and return transport.
Transport Regulations:
Transportation is carried out under the CMR Convention.
The transport insurance must cover goods valued at 100,000 Euros.
The BUYER will pay the transportation costs directly to the carrier.

Transshipment - Special Situations
In exceptional cases where the large truck (24-ton TIR) cannot reach the destination (narrow streets, inaccessible roads for large trucks), the wooden house will be unloaded at the nearest possible location to the assembly site. From there, the components of the wooden house will be transported using:
- Small trucks
- Helicopters
