Pre-Assembly

After the manufacturing process of your house is completed, and before packaging and loading onto the truck, the wooden house is pre-assembled in the factory.

A few days before this stage, you will be invited to view the pre-assembled wooden house.

The purpose of pre-assembling a wooden house includes:

  • Final dimensional checks
  • Verification of assembly elements
  • Visual inspection of the quality of the wood used
  • Structural checks of the roof trusses (performed on one or two elements)

What is not installed during pre-assembly:

Paneling, flooring, roof coverings, and the complete installation of joinery.

At this stage, you can still request minor modifications to your house (at an additional cost).

Following the pre-assembly inspection, you will sign a Pre-Assembly Inspection Report together with our representative.

Based on this report, the invoice for the second payment installment for your ordered wooden house will be issued.

If you are unable to attend the pre-assembly inspection, the pre-assembly will be considered validated, and we will send you photos of the pre-assembly along with the invoice for the second payment installment.

Loading and Delivery:

The house will be loaded onto the transport vehicle and delivered only after we receive proof of the second payment installment.
